Supreme court judges in Israel are considering an appeal from a Palestinian family who are being threatened with eviction. The family lives close to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, also known as the Temple Mount to Jews, in Jerusalem's old city.Palestinians believe it is an attempt to increase Jewish presence in occupied East Jerusalem.
