The group of independent experts investigating the disappearance of the 43 Ayotzinapa students has submitted new evidence that challenges the official version of the events surrounding the abductions in September of 2014. The document presented in Mexico City states that during the days before and after the forced disappearance, there were no fires that could have been used to incinerate the students. Satellite images of areas in the state of Guerrero were used to disprove the government’s theory that the students were burned to death in a nearby garbage dump. teleSUR
