How the funds collected in UK are creating an impact:
Chennai Flood Relief:
First phase of money collected through the above link was used as follows:
1) £500 was sent to the NGO - Siruthuli based in Coimbatore, who are directly involved in providing basic ameneties such as Food, Water bottle, Milk Powder, Sanitary Napkins, Sarees, etc. The team has already started distributing the materials both in Chennai and Cuddalore.
2) £500 was sent to our friend based in Cuddalore and he is accompanied by a group of volunteers involved directly in relief activities.
3) £100 was sent to a group of young residents based in Coimbatore, who are taking food and other ameneties to Cuddalore who will distribute them directly to the needy people.
