The Colombian Senate approved a bill to submit the final peace accords to a plebiscite. To pass, the "yes" vote must be supported by 4.5 of Colombia's 33 million voters and receive more votes than the "no" vote. The government will finance campaigns for both the "yes" and "no" votes.
