Chaotic footage has emerged from the Greece-Macedonia border after the authorities reportedly continued to reduce the flow of refugees crossing between the two countries.

The video, filmed in early December in Idomeni, Greece, appears to show riot police holding back crowds, fires in campsites and people fainting amid the chaos.

Reports at the end of November suggested some European countries are starting to reduce the flow of refugees passing through their nations, with thousands of people stranded in the Greek town of Idomeni along the border with Macedonia.
