Nëse ndërtimi i kampusit te Universitetit te Tiranës do te niste sot, kjo do te ishte e vështire për tu realizuar. Ne zonën projektuar për Kampus Universitar ne hyrje te Qytetit Studenti po ngrihen te tjera objekte. Ne objektin qe po ngrihet ne hyrje te Qytetit Studenti, punimet vijojnë normalisht. Edhe pse nuk ka tabele informuese, projekte te publikuar ose te dhëna afatesh, nga pamjet duket se ai është projektuar për një pallat 5-katesh. Banoret përreth zonës tregojnë se ky objekt ka nisur ndërtimin këtë vit dhe vetëm disa muaj para zgjedhjeve. Drejtues te Universitetit te Tiranës te cilët një dite me pare publikuan lejen e marre nga Këshilli i Rregullim Territorit te Shqipërisë për kampusin universitar, nuk pranojne te flasin per ndertimet pa leje qe po ngrihen ne sipërfaqen e tyre. Rektori Dhori Kule, jashtë kamerës tregon se kjo çështje do te zgjidhet nga institucionet përgjegjëse sapo te nise puna për ndërtimin e kampusit. Sipas projektit te universitetit, Kampusi është parashikuar te ketë një sipërfaqe prej 50 mije metrash katror. Ai do te ketë tre godina te larta dhe ambiente te tjera përreth, çlodhëse dhe sportive. Sipas projektit kampusi përballon një fluks prej 50 mije studentesh, ndërsa ndërtimi i tij ka një fature financiare rreth 30 milion euro. Aktualisht Universiteti i Tiranës ka nga te ardhurat e tij 1 milion euro te cilat do ti vere ne përdorim për fazën e pare te projektit.
