Banorët e zonës nga "Ura e Dajlanit" deri në sektorin "Iliria" në Durrës ngrenë shqetësimin e mungesës së pushuesve. Kjo zonë e populluar në 20 vitet e fundit ka problem infrastrukturore, megjithatë banorët kanë përshtatur shtëpitë në ambiente hotelerie për pushuesit. Të frekuentuar kryesisht nga pushuesit shqiptare te ardhur ngas Kosova , ata thonë se ky sezon turistik ka sjelle të ardhura minimale. Moti i paqëndrueshëm, infrastruktura e lagjes, mungesa e plazheve dhe banjave publike, sipas tyre, janë arsyet e largimit të pushuesve. Mungesën e hapësirave publike dhe banjave publike e konfirmojnë edhe pushuesit. Bashkia e Durrësit ka bërë shërbime minimale në zonën e plazhit për shkak të mungesës së fondeve.
