Në Bruksel po vijojnë edhe sot bisedimet teknike mes Prishtinës dhe Beogradit për zbatimin e marrëveshjes, për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve mes Kosovës dhe Serbisë. Në këtë raund dialogu, që nisi një ditë më parë, synohet të përcaktohen detajet ligjore, nga të cilat do të mundësohet zbatimi i marrëveshjes mbi 15 pikat e rëna dakord nga palët më 19 prill. Ne keto bisedime, pjesë e ekipit të Prishtinës janë dy zëvendëskryeministrat, Hajredin Kuçi dhe Edita Tahiri, ndërsa delegacioni i Beogradit kryesohet nga këshilltari i Presidentit serb, Marko Gjuriç dhe koordinatori për zbatimin e marrëveshjes, Aleksandër Vulin. Një ditë më parë, dy delegacionet u fokusuan te çështje si policia dhe gjyqësori, por asnjë nga zyrtarët nuk u shpreh për mediat pas takimit. Ndërkohë, serbët e veriut të Kosovës, të cilët deri më tani, nuk e kanë pranuar paktin e 19 prillit, vendosin sot për themelimin ose jo të Kuvendit Serb të Kosovës. Nisma e tyre kundërshtohet edhe nga vetë Beogradi zyrtar, që e cilëson të panevojshëm këtë organizëm.

In Brussels today are attending technical talks between Pristina and Belgrade on the implementation of the agreement for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia. In this round of dialogue, which began a few days ago, aimed to determine the legal details of which will enable the implementation of the agreement on 15 points agreed upon by the parties on 19 April. In these talks, part of a team of two deputy Prishtina, Kuçi and Edita Tahiri, while Belgrade delegation headed by Serbian President's advisor, Marko Djuric and coordinator for the implementation of the agreement, Aleksandar Vulin. A day earlier, the two delegations focused issues such as the police and judiciary, but there was none of the officials said to the media after the meeting. Meanwhile, the northern Kosovo Serbs, who until now, have not accepted the pact of April 19, decide today to establish whether or not the Serbian Assembly of Kosovo. Their initiative opposed by Belgrade itself, which considers this unnecessary body.
