Edhe pse kishte ne fokus integrimin e vendit ne BE, seanca u shoqërua me fjalime, ku nuk munguan tonet e fushatës zgjedhore. Ashtu siç kishte paralajmëruar opozita refuzoi te votonte amnistinë e plote fiskale qe kishte propozuar qeveria dhe ne këto kushte maxhoranca me votat e saj, miratoi vetëm shtyrjen e ligjit deri ne fund te vitit 2013.

Extraordinary session of parliament has produced a consensus vote of 3 drafts that sought by the European Commission in October so that Albania may receive candidate status. The majority and opposition MPs voted 108 votes to change the law to the Supreme Court and the Civil Officer, adding a clause that they enter into force on 1 October this year. 100 votes in favor and no abstentions took parliamentary reform. Although the focus was on the country's EU integration, the session was followed by speeches, where there were tones of the election campaign. Just as he had warned the opposition refused to vote the full fiscal amnesty that had proposed the government and the majority of these conditions its votes, only delaying the law adopted by the end of 2013. During the hearing fell absence of a large number of MPs, 31 MPs were absent in full session due to some campaign, but few are those who are not candidates for deputies.
