Ne nje dalje te posaçme per mediat, Rama tha se kjo çeshtje duhet trajtuar si thellesisht politike dhe zgjidhja duhet te gjendet permes diskutimit diplomatik, negociuar nga qeveritë e Tiranës dhe Athinës. "I kërkojmë kryeministrit ta përfshijë si çështje politike në marrëdhëniet diplomatike me Greqinë dhe të raportojë dy herë në vit për ecurinë e kësaj çështje. Shpresojmë që me këtë draft të kemi vënë një bazë të arsyeshme të gjitha forcat politike, te gjejnë te kjo kornizë arsyet për ta nxjerrë këtë çështje nga terri i konfliktit dhe për ta adresuar me dinjitet dhe mënyrë evropiane mes interesash evropianë". Per kreun e PS-së, zgjidhja e çeshtjes çame duhet zgjidhur ne mënyrë te tille, qe te mbaje larg konfliktin mes komuniteteve.
