Dialogu mes Kosovës dhe Serbisë nuk do të përfundojë të martën e 9 prillit, nëse Serbia do të pranojë zgjidhjen e propozuar nga baronesha Eshton, për asociacionin e komunave serbe në veri të Kosovës.
Sipas zëvendës kryeministrit kosovar, Hajredin Kuçi, nëse deri të martën, pala serbe do të pranojë zgjidhjen e ofruar nga përfaqësuesja e lartë europiane, atëherë, procesi i normalizimit të marrëdhënieve mes dy vendeve do të vijojë.
