Rruga nacionale Fier-Tepelene eshte bllokuar gjate nates pas rrëshqitjeve masive te dherave ne vendin e quajtur kthesa e Visokes. Pas ndërhyrjes se mjeteve te ndërmarrjes se rrugëve, aksi eshte hapur me nje kalim.
Por nga kodra vazhdon pandërprerë rënia e gurëve dhe baltës. Kjo eshte e treta here brenda pak kohesh qe ky aks nacional bllokohet nga dherat. Sipas specialisteve shkak jane bere reshjet e dendura te shiut dhe mungesa e barrierave mbrojtëse. Banoret e Perbregut, qe shtrihet ne ane te qytetit te Kukësit jane izoluar serish pas daljes nga shtrati te Liqenit te Fierzës. Rruga është mbuluar nga uji duke sjelle mjaft problem per banoret e kryesisht nxënësit e shkollave. Te paktën 30 familje nuk mund te lidhen as me lagjen tjetër te fshatit. E vetmja mënyrë per te shkuar edhe Kukës është lëvizja me varka ne liqen. Situata ne kete zone pritet te përkeqësohet pasi liqeni ka arritur kuotën maksimale 360 metra mbi nivelin e detit.
