Aleanca Kuq e Zi ka zhvilluar tubimin e radhës ne Lezhe, pikërisht ditën qe përkon me përkujtimin e besëlidhjes se Lezhës. Kreu i aleancës Kuq e Zi Spahiu shpërtheu ne akuza ndaj qeverisë e veçanërisht nga kryeministrit Berisha te cilin e cilësoi si diktatorin e ri te shqiptareve. Duke vene ne dukje mungesën e Berishës ne përkujtimin e kësaj date, Spahiu e akuzoi atë si tradhtar te kombit dhe besëprere. Tubimi u zhvillua pranë obeliskut, çka pengoi bashkinë qe te kryeje ceremoninë tradicionale te ngritjes se flamurit. Por nga ana tjetër edhe përfaqësuesit e aleancës nuk kane mundur te kryejnë homazhe tek varri i Skënderbeut, pasi bashkia kishte mbyllur portën. Ndërkohe Spahiu u beri thirrje lezhjaneve ti bashkohen drejt Tiranës ne protestën e Aleancës Kuq e zi për te çliruar sipas tij vendin nga kjo qeverisje
