Një dite para miratimit ne këshillin bashkiak te Tiranës, te planit te ri urbanistik si dhe buxhetit te vitit 2013, opozita ka deklaruar votën kundër. Sipas anëtareve te majte, plan i ri urbanistik, është një njolle e madhe ndërtimi qe zhduk gjelbërimin. Ndërsa sa i takon buxhetit, këshilltaret e majte ne këshillin bashkiak kane denoncuar faktin se ende nuk i është vene ne dispozicion realizimi i buxhetit aktual, ndaj draftin e 2013 ata e konsiderojnë një mashtrim te madhe pasi rriten ndjeshëm shpenzimet e personelit.
Përfaqësuesit e opozitës denoncuan faktin se kane dy muaj qe kërkojnë te dhëna për buxhetin por ata hasin ne heshtjen e bashkise. Ndërsa plan i ri urbanistik i është shpërndare anëtareve vetëm dy dite para se ai te miratohet ne këshill, çka sipas tyre nënkupton se ky veprim është i qëllimshëm për te shmangur debatet dhe diskutimet mbi këtë plan.
