Shifrat e publikuara pak dite me pare nga censusi lidhur me minoritetin grek ne vend dhe fene ortodokse, kane ngjallur reagimin e organizatës Omonia per qarkun e Korçes. Sipas Ligoraq Karamelos, procesi eshte farse dhe per kete arsye Omonia do te vijoje nje proces te sajin per regjistrimin e popullsisë ne Korçe. Kundër te dhenave te Censusit ka dale edhe Naum Disho, gjykuar per dhunimin e varreve te Boboshtices. Disho, i cili përfaqëson nje tjeter organizate te minoritetit, e quajtur po Omonia kundërshtoi shifren e 24 mije grekeve te Shqipërisë. Bashke me Omonian e Korçes ka reaguar edhe dega e PPDNJ-së per kete qytet, sipas te ciles INSTAT u provokua nga një veprim i paprecedent, i cili synoi tkurrjen e minoriteteve dhe fshirjen nga harta të komunitetit ortodoks.
