Adriatik Llalla është dekretuar nga presidenti Bujar Nishani si prokurori i përgjithshëm i vendit. Llalla i cili deri me tani ka drejtuar inspektoratin e larte te deklarimit dhe kontrollit te pasurive është përzgjedhur mes disa kandidaturave nga kreu i shtetit duke i dhëne fund kështu çdo mundësie tjetër për një vazhdim te mandatit te Ina Rames deri ne maj te vitit 2013. Ne relacionin e kreut te shtetit shprehet se Llalla është përzgjedhur mes disa kandidaturave pasi është vlerësuar eksperienca e tij te gjate ne strukturat e prokurorisë, sikurse qëndrimi i mbajtur ne krye institucionit qe drejton aktualisht, pune e cila është vlerësuar nga ndërkombëtaret si e pavarur dhe e konsoliduar. Kreu i shtetit e argumenton përzgjedhjen e Llalles edhe me faktin se ai është zgjedhur ne vitin 2008 nga Kuvendi i Shqipërise me konsensus për te drejtuar inspektoratin e deklarimit dhe kontrollit te pasurive, por ky dekretim i kreut te shtetit pritet te ngjalle reagimin e opozitës por edhe eksperteve te se drejtës, te cilët ne gjithë këto muaj kane këmbëngulur se mandate i kryeprokurores Ina Rama përfundon ne maj te vitit te ardhshëm atëherë kur janë kryer edhe ndryshimet kushtetuese. Por ky qëndrim i opozitës është kundërshtuar nga mazhoranca. Sipas saj, Ina Rames i ka mbaruar mandati ne 22 nëntor.
