Pas pese vitesh gjykim prokuroria e Krimeve te Renda ka shfajësuar nga akuza per rrëmbimin dhe zhdukjen e biznesmenit shqiptaro maqedonas Remzi Hoxha, dy te pandehurit ish-punonjës te Shërbimit Informativ, Avni Koldashi dhe Arben Sefgjini duke kërkuar shpalljen fajtor për ngjarjen vetëm te te akuzuarit Ilir Kumbaro, i cili i fshihet drejtësisë. Kërkesa u be ne seancën e radhës se procesit nga prokurorja e çeshtjes, Elisabeta Ymeri ndersa gjykata pritet te jape vendimin ne datën 26 tetor. Por kërkesa e prokurorisë ka ngjallur reagimin e familjareve te Hoxhes, te cilet jane shprehur se pas zhgënjimit nga drejtësia do te respektojnë ligjet e Kanunit. Me e bute ne reagim bashkëshortja e Remziut, Sevdi Hoxha ka kerkuar vetem gjetjen e eshtrave te bashkëshortit. Sipas prokurorisë, hetimet kane vërtetuar se vetëm Ilir Kumbaro ka marre pjese aktive ne shoqërimin e padrejte te Remzi Hoxhes, Zizo Kristopullit dhe Avdyl Loshajt, mbajtjen e tyre ne izolim dhe keqtrajtimin e tyre fizik. Ndersa per dy te pandehurit e tjerë Arbven Sefgjinin dhe Avni Koldashin, prokuroria u shpreh se nuk vërtetohet te jene përfshirë ne këtë ngjarje. Remzi Hoxha u rrëmbye ne 21 tetor 1995.
After five years of trial the prosecution of serious crimes has acquitted of charges of kidnapping and disappearance of the Macedonian Albanian businessman Remzi Hoxha, two defendants former employee of the Intelligence Service, Avni Koldashi and Arben Sefgjini seeking conviction of the accused only event IlirKumbaro, which is hidden from justice. The request was made in the next session of the process by the prosecutor of the case, Elizabeth Ymeri while the court is expected to give a decision on the date of October 26. But prosecutors demand has sparked reaction Hoxha's family members, who have said that after the disappointment of justice will respect the laws of the Kanun. With mild reaction Remzi Hoxha Sevdie wife asked only finding bones husband. According to the prosecution, investigations have proved that only Ilir Kumbaro has taken an active part in the company of unfair Remzi Hoxha, Zizo Kristopulli and Avdyl Loshaj, keeping them in isolation and their physical maltreatment. As for the two other defendants Arbven Sefgjini and Avni Koldashi, prosecutors said proved not to be involved in this event. Remzi Hoxha was kidnapped on October 21, 1995.
