Parlamenti i Austrisë pritet te miratoje brenda muajit tetor aktet ligjore qe do t'i hapin rruge rikthimit ne Shqipëri për tu ekspozuar gjate festes se 100-vjetorit te pavarësisë, te armeve te heroit kombëtar Gjergj Kastriot Skënderbeu. Vullneti politik është konfirmuar nga Kryetarja e Parlamentit të Austrisë pas takimit me kryeparlamentaren shqiptare Jozefina Topalli. Personi që i grumbulloi të gjitha armët e heroit kombëtar Skënderbe pas vdekjes ishte djali i Perandorit, Arqiduka Ferdinand i Tirolit. Më vonë, ky princ ngriti Muzeun e Ambrasit pranë Tirolit, me materiale ushtarake dhe portrete të personaliteteve të kohës. Në 1806, armët u transferuan në Muzeun Perandorak në Vjenë.
