Dhjetëra qytetarë te Kukësit kane dale para Bashkise dhe Prefekturës për te protestuar për mungesën e ujit te pijshëm, i cili vjen ne shtëpitë e tyre vetëm një ore ne dite. Kjo situate ka tre vjet qe shqetëson rreth 30 mije banore te qytetit, por edhe te fshatrave përreth, te cilët u janë rikthyer radhëve te gjata ne orët e mëngjesit për te mbushur ujë.
