Banore te zonës se Damesit, ne komunën Fratar te Mallakastres, kane bllokuar punimet e autostradës Levan- Tepelene. Qe herët ne mëngjes, për me shume se një ore ata nuk kane lejuar makineritë te punojnë, duke vendosur gurë përgjatë rrugës. Banoret, pronare te tokës ku kalon autostrada, kërkojnë kompensimin ende te padhene dhe dëmshpërblimin e te mbjellave te dëmtuara tri vite me pare. E ndërsa nga pushteti qendror nuk ka asnjë reagim për kërkesën e përsëritur te banoreve, këta te fundit kërcënojnë me përshkallëzim te protestave, deri ne greve urie. Ne këtë zone janë rreth 90 familje te pakompensuara për token, e kthyer ne autostrade, ndërsa nga Levani deri ne Mallakastër janë rreth 700 familje qe presin dëmshpërblim.

Damesit area residents, the municipality of Mallakaster Fratar, have blocked the highway works Levan-axis. Since early in the morning, for more than an hour they did not allow machinery to work, placing stones along the way.
