Pas muajsh debate, partitë e vogla kane përgatitur një draft për korrektimin e sistemit zgjedhor. Ky draft i hartuar nga PDS dhe PR synon vendosjen e një liste ne rang kombëtar, krahas deputeteve qe dalin nga rajonet, si dhe uljen e pragut elektoral ne 2% për partitë dhe 4% për koalicionet. Por duket se jo te gjitha partitë ndajnë te njëjtin entuziazëm për mundësitë reale te ndryshimit te sistemit zgjedhor, pasi, sipas kreut te PBDNJ-se, Vangjel Dule, duhet njohur monopoli qe dy partitë e mëdha kane për këtë çështje.
