Duke prezantuar shtyllat e programit te nesërm qeverisës te opozitës, Edi Rama tha se zgjidhja e çështjes se pronës është thelbi i problemit. Te majtët mendojnë se sektori i bujqësisë ka shume potenciale qe mbeten te pashfrytëzuara. Aktualisht, përdoret me pak se gjysma e tokës se punueshme dhe bujqësia prodhon 20 % te GDP. Kryesocialisti Rama theksoi se qeveria nuk ka zgjidhur çështjen e tregut për prodhimin vendas, pasi 60 % e produkteve nuk shiten. Socialistet mendojnë se fshati aktualisht jeton ne gjendje te mjerueshme, për shkak te mungesës se vëmendjes se qeverise.
