Rënia e konsumit duket se nuk po ndalet edhe ne këtë fillim viti. Duke ju referuar te dhënave buxhetore te muajit janar, te ardhurat tatimore, konkretisht tatimi mbi vlerën e shtuar, tatim fitimi apo akcizat kane shënuar rënie ne raport me janarin e vitit 2011, tatime këto qe tregojnë trendin e konsumit ekonomik ne vend. TVSh ka rene me 3.7 %, ndërsa tatimi fitimi me 22 %.
Ekspertet e vlerësojnë këtë situate si efekt psikologjik te qytetarëve te cilët ne kohe krize stepen te konsumojnë. Por nga ana tjetër edhe fillim viti njihet si një periudhe e fjetur ekonomike. Një tjetër ndikim mendohet te jete edhe mbyllja e bilanceve vjetore te bzinesve, si dhe vështirësitë qe po hasin sipërmarrjet private ne aspektin financiar. Ne këto kushte rishikimi i buxhetit, duket një veprim i pashmangshëm, aq me tepër edhe pas krizës energjetike, çka detyroi qeverinë te përdore fondet rezerve për blerje te energjisë. Por situata buxhetore mbetet problematike, pasi edhe fondi i investimeve te parashikuara gjate këtij viti, përbehet me shume nga financimet e huaja.
