Rea Bisha është një prej studenteve qe ka përfituar bursën e akorduar nga fondi i ekselencës.
Ajo ka një vit qe studion piano ne një prej kryeqyteteve te Evropës. Për te fituar këtë universitet asaj i është dashur shume pune dhe studim. Për vitin 2011 kane fituar nga fondi i përcaktuar për me te mirët, 67 te rinj te cilët studiojnë ne 15 universitet me te njohura te botes. Me rastin e shpërndarjes se diplomave për te rinjtë fitues kryeministri Sali Berisha ka theksuar se numri i tyre do te rritet çdo vit e me shume. Fondi i ekselencës është krijuar qe ne vitin 200 7 dhe gjithsej ka mbështetur 169 studente deri tani.
