Bonot e privatizimit te shpërndara ne vitet '90 nga qeveria ne formën e aksioneve te ndërmarrjeve shtetërore do te jene te vlefshme deri ne fund te viti 2013.
Komisioni i Ekonomisë miratoi propozimin e Ministrisë se financave, për te shtyre afatin, me qellim përdorimin e tyre nga qytetaret. Vitet e fundit qeveria nxori një ligj, sipas te cilit nëpërmjet bonove te privatizimit mund te kryhej pagesa e legalizimit te ndërtimeve informale. Ky duket se është edhe qëllimi i kësaj shtyrjeje. Përtej përdorimit te bonove për legalizim apo kompensimin e pronareve këto dy procese duket se nuk kane dhënë rezultate konkrete. Ndaj opozita ne Komisionin e Ekonomisë, duke abstenuar për këtë ndryshim ligjor, e konsideroi procesin si te dështuar. Sipas te dhënave ne total janë emetuar 74, 9 miliard leke bono privatizimi, prej te cilave i janë shpërndarë publikut 51 miliard. Ne proces privatizimi janë përdorur vetëm 10 miliard leke, ndërkohë qe mbeten te paperdoruara dhe shume te tjera.

Economy Committee approved the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, to extend the deadline, in order to use them by citizens. In recent years the government passed a law, under which bonds through privatization can be accomplished legalizing payment of informal settlements. This seems to be the goal of this extension. Beyond the bill to legalize the use of or compensation for owners of these two processes appear to have no concrete results. Opposition against the Commission of Economy, by abstaining for this legal change, considered as the failed process. According to data issued in total are 74, 9 billion leke privatization bills, of which 51 billion were distributed to the public. We are using only the privatization process 10 billion, while the remaining unused and many others.
