E thënë ndryshe, aktualisht çmimi mesatar qe paguan një konsumator është 9.53 leke për kilovat ore, me kërkesën e fundit, ky çmim shkon ne 13 leke për kilovat ore. Kompania çeke "CEZ" ka propozuar dy skenarë. Nëse një prej tyre realizohet, atëherë çmimi i energjisë nuk rritet, te paktën për dy vjet. "Opsioni i pare është, na rrisni çmimin e energjisë me 4.6%, ndërsa opsioni i dyte, na shlyeni për vitet e ardhme borxhin qe qeveria nëpërmjet institucioneve buxhetore na ka ne vite dhe ne do te shlyejmë borxhet tona ndaj palëve te tjera.
