EULEX konfirmon se dëshmitari "X" ne procesin ndaj Fatmir Limajt, OSE ndryshe me Emrin e vertete Agim Zogaj, eshte gjetur i vdekur ne nje park ne gjermani. Autoritetet gjermane po kryejnë hetimet e nevojshme Per te përcaktuar rrethanat e vdekjes se tij.

Dëshmitari "X" Njeriu konsiderohet KYC Për rastin "Kleçka", ku Limaj DHE te paktën 8 ish-ushtare te UÇK-se dyshohet se kane kryer krime lufte kunder te burgosurve ne luftën ne Kosovë. Gjykimi kunder Fatmir Limajt DHE te tjerëve Për këtë proces eshte te filloje paralajmëruar nga Fundi i muajit tetor. Limaj ndodhet nen vete masën e sigurisë 30 Shtëpie dite arrestimit. EULEX confirms that the witness "X" in the process of Fatmir Limaj, or otherwise by Agim Zogaj real name, was found dead in a park in Germany. German authorities are conducting investigations necessary to determine the circumstances of his death.
