Like many others who roam around the streets of Karachi and knock on the windows of your car at busy traffic signals, Sapna is not the stuff dreams are made of. She is a transgender in Karachi. She collects taunts and insults as she moves around the city to make her living and keeps wondering if human dignity is to be denied to those who are like her.
