Drone footage captured hundreds of pro-Russian supporters rallying in the Syrian port city of Tartus, Thursday. Portraits of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad were strung up on buildings as locals celebrated their support for the Syrian government and Russia's anti-terror operation against the so-called Islamic State and other militant groups in Syria.
