Hamas seeks to sanction Israel's media

Palestinians have begun their latest legal campaign against the Jewish state - this time, targeting the Israeli press.
Salama Marouf, head of the Hamas media office, has accused Israeli news stations of managing a deliberate attack against Palestinian journalists since the outbreak of the so-called "Al-Quds intifada."
Marouf's claims are ironic given the amount of praise Palestinian media outlets have heaped on terrorist murderers, in what Hamas leaders have dubbed an important contribution to the latest wave of terror against Israel.
Senior Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh lauded Palestinian media a few weeks ago for boosting morale against the "occupation" and inspiring Palestinians to continue "to fight."
