Stuttgart’s Theodor-Heuss-Strasse is otherwise known as ’Germany’s civil race track’. The street is a police hotspot and frequently features in TV programmes. An incident occurred there one morning recently, when a speeding young driver lost control of his car, crashing a number of times.
