Impeachment efforts are underway against the president of the the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies, Eduardo Cunha, charged with corruption in the Petrobras scandal. On Tuesday the Chamber of Deputies Ethics Commission appointed a rapporteur to evaluate the charges against Cunha, who has been leading the effort to impeach President Dilma Rousseff. teleSUR
