It is up to Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua whether or not he wants to debate 1MDB chief executive Arul Kanda Kandasamy, said Public Accounts Committee chief Hasan Arifin.
Hasan refused to say anything else at the brief press conference at the parliament lobby.
