Colombia's Patriotic Union (UP) held a demonstration yesterday in Bogota to denounce what they charge was massive vote stealing in Sunday's elections and to demand a recount. The left wing party charges that in many polling states the UP's name was not included in the tally sheets where the number of votes of each party are recorded.
