Cuba welcomed the U.N. General Assembly's overwhelming vote condemning Washington's blockade of the island. Yesterday's non-binding resolution was adopted 191-2. The U.S. ambassador said the resolution did not reflect the recent spirit of cooperation promoted by President Barack Obama.
