Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and her predecessor Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva have been exonerated of all responsibility in the Petrobras corruption scandal. Parliamentary investigation commission head Luiz Sérgio Nóbrega said there was no evidence to link them to the corruption allegations. The report now goes to congress where a commission of 27 lawmakers, most of them belonging to the ruling Workers' Party, will vote on its findings. teleSUR
