Ingredients:
Pattice
- Grated carrots
- Grated zucchini
- Salt
- Boiled and grated potatoes
- Boiled corn
- Grated garlic
- Finely chopped green chillies
- Chilli flakes
- Dried oregano
- Breadcrumbs
Salad
- Rocket Leaves/ Lettuce
- thinly sliced onion rings
- Vinegar
- Honey
- Tomato Slices
Mayo Dip
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard Sauce
- Ketchup
Method:
Pattice
- In a bowl mix grated carrots and grated zucchinni and add little salt and keep the mixture aside
- In other bowl add boiled and grated potatoes, boiled corn, grated garlic, green chillies, chilli flakes, dried oregano and breadcrumbs and salt to taste
- Add the carrots and zucchini mixture with the other ingredients, make sure you dry them out before adding
- Apply some cornstarch to your hand and start making round pattice according to the size of your burger buns
- Heat some oil, place the pattice until cooked
Salad
- Break the rocket leaves in small bits
- Add onion rings, vinegar and few drops of honey and pinch of salt and mix it
Mayo dip
- Mix Mayonnaise sauce, mustard sauce and ketchup
Sliders
- Slit the Mini Burger Buns
- Warm the burger buns, on both the sides
- Apply little bit of Mayo on the bread, place tomato slice the pattice and salad and top it up with other slice
