British Library celebrates West African storytelling

The British Library opens new exhibition 'West Africa: Word, Symbol, Song' which traces a thousand years of storytelling, drawing on over 200 manuscripts, books, sound recordings and artworks. The exhibition runs from Oct 16 2015 to Feb 16 2016.
