Sparked by her passion and dedication to theatre, Delta Major fell in love with cosplay in 2009. The cosplay world opened up doors for her, creating a sense of acceptance and belonging that she said she hadn’t found before. Since then, she has been actively involved within the tight-knit community. This year, in an attempt to push boundaries and start a conversation surrounding the stigma of “crossplaying,” she attended FanBros’ first ever Crossplay Cosplay Contest.
