Turkey says the Ankara blasts were carried out by two suicide bombers. No group has yet claimed responsibility. The rally in Ankara was calling for an end to the conflict between the government and Kurdish militants seeking their own state. Meanwhile Kurdish militias are one of the few forces fighting Islamic State on the ground. Journalist Isil Sariyuce says ISIS is the first suspect in the attack.
