An adorable video has emerged of a dog and a kitten playing together at a home in East Hanover, NJ, US.

The footage, shot on Thursday shows Shepherd Mix Kane trying to catch little kitten Palico as she's hiding in a cube.

"My kitten, Palico, chasing my Shepherd Mix, Kane, around in her kitty cube. He loves sticking his head in the holes of the cube, and she loves ambushing him from inside it" the owner later wrote online.
