Impressive drone footage of Hukou Waterfall, the largest waterfall on the Yellow River in northern China, flowing much faster than usual.

The video, filmed in Shanxi Province on Wednesday, shows the yellow water rushing down a slope, mixed with soil and sand, forming a number of waterfalls hundreds of metres wide.

According to news reports, while the site has been long famous for its natural beauty and is visited throughout the year, the water flow last week was particularly enhanced due to earlier rainfall and discharge of upstream reservoirs.
