Speaking ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modis Bihar rally, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Thursday (October 8) said that neither the PM's rally now the Dadri incident will make a difference to the vote shares in Bihar in the upcoming state elections. "BJP has ruined the entire nation," Lalu said, while adding that even though BJP raised slogans of development, they had let the Dadri incident take place.
