Bench Press Practice - Free Weights Chest Workout By The Strong Brothers

Fitness coach AL Strong and fitness coach G Strong did a barbell bench press in a gym, this week. They started their free weights chest workout from 90 lbs and pushed it up to 270 lbs. AL Strong lifted a 225 lbs and G Strong 270 lbs. Their workout buddy, Kee Baby did the first spot and helped them form. It's bench press practice to build a bigger chest muscles.
