Some people call it the Holy Grail, others see in a relic from the last Ice Age or simply one of the most mysterious animals in the world: the saola. It was discovered only 23 years ago and has disappeared again since then.The name saola means "spindle-horned" in the local language, and these bovids are threatened with extinction. It's unclear how many of them still exist.
