Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas told the U.N. General Assembly that Palestine will no longer be bound by the Oslo Accords signed with Israel given Tel Aviv's continual violations of its peace commitments. Abbas said that Israel would have to assume all of its responsibilities in Palestine as an occupying power. Abbas' speech came before a ceremony during which he raised the Palestinian flag at U.N. headquarters, a highly symbolic event. Noor Harazeen reports from Gaza. teleSUR
