The President of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas will deliver a historic speech at the UN General Assembly on Wednesday at 7 pm. A few weeks ago, the 80-year-old man threatened to drop a “bombshell,” or in other words, to cancel the Oslo Accords, dissolve the Palestinian Authority, and declare Palestine an occupied state if Israel continues to violate the accords with settlement expansion in the West Bank and attacks on Palestinian worshippers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Amidst speculation about what Abbas will say on Wednesday, however, most expect a more moderate speech. Noor Harazeen reports from Gaza for teleSUR
