A referendum will be held in Bolivia in February to decide whether President Evo Morales can run for his fourth consecutive term in office in 2019. Last week the Legislative Assembly approved a bill proposed by social organizations to amend the constitution to enable Morales to run for reelection. The referendum is to approve the bill and if passed, it will be returned to the Legislative Assembly for final consideration. Morales' approval rating is above 60%. teleSUR
