Full Range Knuckle pushups in 1 min. on cement. Make a fist and perform full range knuckle pushups on cement in 1 min. In the up position, make sure your elbows are locked out before completing the next rep. On the down position make sure your chin touches the ground. Only your fists and balls of our feet should be contacted to the ground, your legs, middle, and upper body cannot contact the ground. Work on really good form and technique for this full range test.
