The relocation of the the Parliament complex to Putrajaya without consulting the Dewan Committee is a blatant abuse of executive powers, said opposition parliamentarians today. Crying foul over the government's abrupt decision, Kuantan PKR MP Fuziah Salleh (right) said that ministers cannot make decisions on behalf of Parliament.
